Description: Camp Resilience Programs are designed to support and bolster Veteran Resiliency through experiential learning opportunities, (hiking, indoor rock climbing) and creative expression. This Creative Wellness retreat offers workshops on Mindful Meditation, Creativity and the Road to Wellness, and Songwriting 101. Participants are assisted in crafting songs by songwriters from CreatiVets. A field trip to the Currier Museum of Art is the highlight of the experience. Participants engage in ‘fireside rap sessions’ that offer facilitated peer to peer support and promote community among participants. Retreats include food, lodging and activities, and are free to all participants.
